Cereal with added dash of cinnamon and berries. |
INGREDIENTS:
1/2 cup milk - coconut, cow, soy or almond
1/2 cup ground flaxseed
1/4 cup unsweetened coconut flakes
1/4 cup chopped nuts - walnuts. almonds, pecans
ground cinnamon
handful of berries
DIRECTIONS:
Combine the milk, flax seed, coconut and nuts in a microwaveable bowl. Heat for one minute and forty seconds. Serve topped with a sprinkle of cinnamon and berries. You can add some more milk to the cereal. Serves 1 to 2.
